Raspberry and Lemongrass Martini
1 Shot of Belvedere Vodka
Crème de Framboise
Japanese Sake
Handful of fresh plump raspberries
Lemon juice
Lemongrass syrup
Muddle the raspberries, then shake with Belvedere Vodka, Japanese Sake, Crème de Framboise. Finish with homemade lemongrass syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve straight up.

 Raspberry Bellini
1 Shot of Belvedere Vodka
champagne
Chambord
Handful of raspberries
Combine a hint of Belvedere Vodka, freshly pressed raspberries and Chambord with a layer of champagne elegantly layered atop. Serve in a Champagne flute.

 Vanilla Passion
1 Shot of Vanilla Belvedere Vodka
Fresh passion fruit pulp
1 tablespoon caramel syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Nitrogen charged passion fruit foam
Shake the vanilla infused Belvedere Vodka, fresh passion fruit pulp with a trickle of caramel and vanilla syrup. Finish with the passion fruit foam. Served straight up.

 Pink Grapefruit and Rosewater Mojito
1 Shot of Ten Cane Rum
A few sprigs of muddled mint leaves
Ruby red grapefruit juice
Fresh pink grapefruit
Rose syrup
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with a few mint leaves and grapefruit slice.
